HOW-TO ENHANCE YOUR COMPANY’S ONLINE EXHIBITOR LISTING
Your basic listing will be uploaded to the website when you book your booth. Within 24 hours you will receive an automated email to enhance your listing. This link can be used multiple times and you can make updates and changes to your listing until ONE day after the show commences. Booth Bites Program
Menus will be available on site at the Calgary Stampede Order Desk or through the Exhibitor Concierge team who will present on the floor during move-in and for the duration of the event. Payment (credit/debit) will be required when placing the order.
Exhibitors will have to place their orders at least 2 hours before the meal service daily. It will allow time for the kitchen team to prepare their meals, make the packages and make sure that everything is displayed perfectly for when the food is delivered to the exhibitors.
The Exhibitor Concierge team will provide the delivery of every “lunch box” directly to the exhibitors’ booths. These customized deliveries will be available at 2 different times options for every meal. This will allow exhibitors to take their break at their convenience, according to the hours of operation of the event.

EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN AND MOVE-OUT
As a reminder, you must set up a profile through Voyage Control and make a booking based on your Code. Check your email for more information.
Move In Map - Please note you still need to book a time through Voyage Control.
No children are permitted on the show floor during move in and move out as it is considered a construction zone during these times.
Please be courteous, remove your vehicles as soon as possible after unloading to make room for others.

Pre-purchase your parking pass through Calgary Stampede Services
Due to ongoing construction on the Stampede Grounds, free overnight or extra parking/storage is limited. There are limited spots in Lot #25A for Trucks/Trailers/Bobcats only. Extra equipment such as pallets, granite, bricks, gravel piles, can not be left in this lot unless enclosed or on a trailer. These spots are available on a first come first serve basis.
Exhibitor parking is currently in any of the gray paid lots, with the construction going on at the grounds this may change. Updates will be posted here.
Stampede Park Parking Map
All exhibitors need to display their badge on show days to gain admittance to the show floor.
Exhibitors are given the minimum number of badges allotted to their booth automatically (see chart below) with no form needing to be filled out. If the number of badges needed for your staff doesn't exceed the amount shown below, then simply have your staff check in at the Show Office before the show opens to receive their badge.
Please note that badges do not display exhibitor or company names on them but are dicut in the size of a standard business card for you to insert.

Each additional 100 square feet gets an additional 2 badges.
If you need more than the number of badges allotted to your booth, then please fill out the Extra Exhibitor Badge Order Form before February 22, 2021 and we will have them ready for you at check in.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BADGES IN YOUR BOOTH as you need them to gain access to the show floor. Replacement badges are $10 each if lost, left at home, left in booth, a dog ate them etc.

Each year, the Calgary Home + Garden Show awards seven exhibitors, each in a different category, for standing out from their competition and peers. The categories for the booth awards are listed below, accompanied by the criteria our panel of judges look for when selecting the winning booth and company. We value all of the hard work our exhibitors put in to create their displays and design their spaces and award those who go above and beyond to put their best foot forward.
|Best In Show||Regardless of size, this booth displays the most unique display and design of any other in the show.|
|Best Large Space||This award goes out to the best booth that is 400 square feet or larger.|
|Best Medium Space||This award goes out to the best booth between 200 - 399 square feet.|
|Best Small Space||This award goes out to the best booth between 100 - 199 square feet.|
|Best Marketing Partner|
Regardless of size, this company has taken the initiative to promote the Calgary Home + Garden Show
|This award goes out to the exhibitor who is active in promoting the show and their involvement in the show.|
|Best Landscaping||Regardless of size, this booth displays the most unique display and design in landscaping of any other in the show. |
Things we look for:
• Meeting basic booth standards/expectations – height, signage, flooring, layout, etc
• Full floor covering (no subfloor, concrete or terracover exposed) and quality of floor covering
• Hard wall display (not mandatory but helps in the presentation of a professional display)
• Signage and signage quality
• No exposed studs or wiring (inside and outside booth)
• Paint and paint quality – taking the time to edge, tape seams, make the paint job look professional
• Wall quality – no visible damage
• Creativity and thought evident in booth design

These companies do not have any business relationship with Marketplace Events LLC, nor have we given them authorization to use our Show names or Show-related information.
We strongly recommend that all exhibitors be extremely vigilant when it comes to giving your information to any company that you are not familiar with. If you have any questions about whether or not a company is warranted in reaching out to you regarding your participation in the Show(s), please don't hesitate to reach out to your Exhibit Sales Consultant.
