Realty Unleashed is an Edmonton-based independent real estate brokerage founded by Chris Squires and Jen Armstrong, assisting clients in both Edmonton and Calgary. During his MBA at the University of Alberta, Chris made over 700 calls to consumers and was surprised to learn that no one mentioned service when working with a REALTOR®, even though it's one of the industry’s biggest claims.

After envisioning a business that focused on service and becoming known for it, Chris and Jen began Realty Unleashed in 2018.

Realty Unleashed offers free home staging, interior and exterior cleaning, lawn care, snow removal, eco-station and donation centre runs, and more. All of these services are included in our brokerage fee of 7% on the first $100,000 and 3% on the remaining balance of the sale price. Half of this fee is offered to the licenced Real Estate Agent representing the buyer.
